## A note from Emanuel

I started Sympana in December 2022, here in Bellevue, building AI phone systems for businesses. A lot of that work turned out to be collections calls: getting a caller to the right person, taking a card payment over the phone, the parts that break.

An overdue account can start with something small. A missed email. An expired card. A hard month. So we reach out early, in your name, and make paying easy. Anything sensitive goes to your team.

We only count money that actually clears. There’s no monthly fee and no implementation fee. You pay our recovery fee on what clears, plus AI usage, paid up front.
