What a Retell AI system integrator does
Retell AI is a voice AI platform for inbound and outbound phone agents. Teams set an agent’s behavior through prompts and the options Retell AI provides, then put it on a phone number. Creating an account and a first agent is quick. Turning that agent into something a business relies on every day takes work around it.

How Sympana got here

Volume. Across all clients, Sympana processes more than 6 million calls a month. That figure counts calls across all of our work. It does not include money collected, and it isn’t broken down by platform.
