What an Anyreach system integrator does
An AI agent that talks to customers on several channels needs the same groundwork on each one: what it says, what it is allowed to do, what it records and when a person takes over. A customer can start on one channel and finish on another, so those decisions have to agree across all of them.
A system integrator does that groundwork for a client and stays with it after launch. On an Anyreach project that means:
- Mapping the conversations. Which calls, texts, emails and chats the agent handles, and which go straight to your team.
- Setting the rules. The wording you approve, the actions the agent may take and the cases it must hand over, on each channel in scope.

Why one plan across channels matters

How Sympana got here
We partnered with Anyreach in 2025. Here is the work we bring to Anyreach projects.
Sympana runs managed payment recovery for creditors, which is multi-channel work we run ourselves. In that work:
- Calls, texts and emails go out in the client’s name. Reminders carry the amount, the due date and a link to pay.
- Replies land on the right account.
- Every call, message and payment update is logged on that account, so the client’s team never starts from scratch.
- Some conversations always go to a person. Disputes and hardship go to the client’s team, and anyone who asks for a person is transferred the way the client agreed.
- The wording is approved first. Outreach uses the client’s name and approved wording, and the client sets the contact rules.
